Mapping Detroit’s Construction Boom
“It seems to change every day, but we’re keeping track of the bigger construction projects in Detroit” – Curbed Detroit. The Foundation Hotel is finally starting to take shape in the old Detroit Fire Department Headquarters on the corner of Larned and Washington. Ducharme Place on Lafayette is moving right along, with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments being built in this community. Leasing is available now, with completion of the project in 2017.
