McIntosh Poris Associates is pleased to accept the AIA Detroit Architectural Honor Awards for the Michigan Research Studio
University of Michigan Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning created a classroom space in Midtown, Detroit, MICHIGAN RESEARCH STUDIO. “Excellent place for teaching and exhibitions by students and professors. Its multi-purpose use allows it to feel intimate, yet at times as public domain. An inexpensive solution that is bold, simple, and cheerful. It’s unapologetic about a minimal budget, showing the true skill of the designer.”
