Prime + Proper inside newly renovated lofts overlooking Downtown Detroit’s Capitol Park
The lofts sit above the high-end Prime + Proper steakhouse, designed by McIntosh Poris Architects, and the second-floor office spaces. Office tenants have not yet been announced.
Capitol Park Lofts, a $30-million project that developer Richard Karp has been working on for 27 months, offers a wide-range of apartments inside an 11-story building. Kraemer Design Group developed the architectural designs for the lofts.
Karp is also working on bringing more residential and office space to the Farwell Building in Capitol Park, and a potential 5-story structure next door on what used to be a parking lot.
