Eastern Market redevelopment includes food hall concept, rooftop bar
A long-in-the-works redevelopment on the northern end of Detroit’s Eastern Market food district next door to the former Roma Cafe has landed its first tenant.
The former Detroit Water and Sewerage Department building at 3500 Riopelle St. is being redeveloped as The Mosaic by Detroit-based Ventra LLC and Calgary-based developer Halcor Group.
