64 Watson, new luxury condos in Brush Park
64 Watson is McIntosh Poris’ latest ground-up project located in historic Brush Park, Detroit. Formerly the Devon Building on Watson Street, 64 Watson pays homage to the existing 1905 art deco building. The project contains six luxury condos: two garden level condos, two townhouses, and one full-floor penthouse with a rooftop terrace ranging in size from approximately 850sf to 1,800sf.
