Parent Street Lofts featured on Times Square to Art Square
The project was applauded by the Royal Oak planning commission, as well as Mayor James Ellison, who commended McIntosh Poris Associates and the development team for reusing an existing, under-utilized structure in its efforts to bring dynamic housing options to the city. Parent Street Lofts won the AIA Michigan Honor Award and the AIA Detroit Honor Award in 2009.
